Leave a review on NHS or Google for Damira Dental Henley-on-Thames and automatically get entered into a raffle to win teeth whitening, a hygiene session and a Philip easyclean electric toothbrush (worth £500).

Terms:

  • Only one entry/promotional undertaking per person is permitted.
  • The prize includes whitening (and one exam to determine patient suitability), one hygiene clean exam, and one Philip easyclean electric toothbrush.
  • Whitening is dependent on patient suitability as determined by a Damira dentist.
  • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or prize.
  • The start date of the raffle is August 1st 2019.
  • The closing date of the raffle is December 31st 2019.
  • In order to enter the raffle a person must leave a review on the Henley dental practice NHS website or Damira Henley Google review site.
  • The prize may only be redeemed at Damira Dental Henley.
  • No cash alternative to a promotion is available.
