Meet the team
Macauly joined Damira in January 2021 as a Dental Receptionist, bringing a strong background in customer service. His passion and commitment quickly led him to the role of Deputy Practice Manager, and in April 2023, he was promoted to Practice Manager at Damira Quayside, where he was instrumental in launching the practice. In April 2024, Macauly moved to Damira Havant, where he continued to lead with dedication and focus.
As of August 2025, Macauly serves as the Business Manager for both Damira Havant and Damira Petersfield, overseeing the strategic and operational management of both practices. He is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, supporting his teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service across both locations.
Outside of work, Macauly enjoys taking time away and spending quality moments with his family and dog, always looking for new places to explore and relax

Reza graduated from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary in 2017. He is ambitious and attentive and always makes sure that the patients are receiving the best care possible. He is an Invisalign provider and is always looking for improving his clinical knowledge and skills in all aspects of general dentistry. He enjoys traveling, reading and hiking.

Aryan earned his dental degree from Szeged University in Hungary in 2024 and has been committed to creating healthy, confident smiles ever since. With a warm and approachable demeanour, Aryan is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their visit.
Beyond dentistry, he channels his creativity through playing the piano and stays energised with regular workouts, maintaining a balance between creativity and an active lifestyle. For Aryan, dentistry is about more than just teeth, it’s about fostering trust and building meaningful relationships with his patients.

Lekshmi Rajkafoor Sreelatha, graduated from the Institute of Science and Technology, India in 2017
Meet Lekshmi our Hygienist, originally trained as a dentist in India, graduating in 2018. After moving to the UK, she began working as a Dental Assistant in 2019, before gaining registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) in 2021 as both a Dental Nurse and a Dental Therapist.
Patients appreciate Lekshmi for her gentle manner and caring personality. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits, always striving to make each appointment a positive experience.
Away from the practice, Lekshmi enjoys spending time with her family and exploring her love of cooking. She especially likes trying out new recipes and sharing meals with loved ones. This balance between home life and her professional role inspires her work and helps her build warm, genuine connections with her patients.

Meet Anita, our Qualified Dental Hygienist originally from Nepal, with a strong commitment to preventive dentistry and patient care. She completed her Diploma in Dental Hygiene at Kantipur School of Dentistry, Nepal, in 2012.
After moving to the UK in 2016, Anita began her career by working as a Trainee Dental Nurse, gaining valuable experience within UK dental practices. She achieved registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Dental Nurse in 2020 and went on to gain her additional registration as a Dental Hygienist in 2021.
Anita is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy smiles through high-quality hygiene care, education, and a gentle, patient-focused approach.

Tracie joined Damira in June 2023 and has been in the dental industry for 10+ years.
