Meet the team
Mark Knight
Business Manager
Richard joined Damira in 2024 but has been part of the Holt team since 2012. Originally from Hampshire, he lived in several countries from a young age and eventually settled in Spain on and off from the age of seven.
He qualified as a dentist in Seville in 2005 and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in restorative dentistry and endodontics.
Outside of work, Richard is a lover of music and general knowledge, with interests ranging from history to science. He has played football his whole life and has recently taken up golf -though he admits not very well!

Elena graduated in dentistry in 2005 in Seville. Born and raised in the south of Spain, she moved to England in 2012 and has worked at the Holt practice ever since. She is a proud mum of two little girls.
Her main interests are cosmetic dentistry and periodontics, and she enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Outside work, Elena loves cooking and tap dancing. She’s also a big fan of theatre and enjoys watching live shows whenever she can.
Elena Garcia-Melero Rodriguez

Dr. Mohamed Rkha graduated from Victor Babeș University of Timișoara in 2021 and moved to the UK in 2022, where he works as a general dentist.
He has a strong interest in minimally invasive restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on preserving natural tooth structure while achieving aesthetic results. Known for his friendly and approachable manner, he aims to make patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys learning about history, listening to music, and following football.
Mohamed Rkha

Deepa joined Damira in 2025 and is based at our Holt practice. She originally qualified as a dentist overseas in 2018 and moved to the UK with her family in 2020.
Deepa has a keen interest in oral hygiene and enjoys helping patients improve their oral health through preventative care and tailored advice. She is passionate about making each visit as comfortable and positive as possible.
Outside of work, Deepa loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
