Meet the team
Dr Jason graduated in Dentistry from CEU Cardenal Herrera University, Spain, in 2016. Aesthetic Dentistry has always been his passion, as helping patients regain confidence in their smile is particularly rewarding to him. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong interest and gained comprehensive knowledge in orthodontic treatments, dental implants, facial aesthetics, veneers, and composite build-ups.
In 2017, Dr Jason became the youngest head speaker for Dentium, a leading Korean implant company. During his 5 years there, he held implant seminars and training courses, covering simple to complex cases, for dentists from Hong Kong, China, and Macau.
Dr Jason joined Damira in August 2024 after relocating to the UK, becoming the first dentist to join the team at Damira Hove. He is thoroughly enjoying providing high-quality NHS dentistry while continuing to offer private and aesthetic treatments, including dental implants, E85 dermal fillers, and clear aligner orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Raabia Nawaz is an experienced dentist with 15 years in the field. She is also a certified facial aesthetician, trained by leading professionals on Harley Street.
She has a special interest in laser dentistry and aesthetics and is passionate about holistic dentistry, helping anxious and nervous patients feel at ease. As a vocational trainer, she has mentored multiple dentists, sharing her expertise in patient care and advanced treatments.
Raabia is certified in providing facial aesthetics and a range of teeth whitening systems. She also offers mini smile makeovers, including composite bonding, clear aligners, and flexible dentures. With specialised training in treating children, she ensures a gentle and comfortable experience for younger patients.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys hiking, cycling, kickboxing, and embroidery!

Mili D. Takvani is a GDC-registered dental hygienist and a Dental Therapist with over 10 years in the field of dentistry. She joined Damira Hove Dental Practice in November 2024, bringing a strong commitment to improving and maintaining her patients’ gum health through personalised care and preventative strategies.
With a compassionate and empathetic approach, Mili is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care in a calm and comfortable environment. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health, with a strong emphasis on education and prevention. She believes taking care of the patients and making them happy is one of the most rewarding aspect of her job. Mili is committed to continuous professional development and excellence in patient care. Her goal is to empower every patient to maintain healthy gums and confident smiles for life
Mili holds both a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (2013) and a Master of Dental Surgery (2017) from esteemed universities in India. Prior to relocating to the UK, she worked as a dental surgeon at various practices in India, gaining valuable clinical and academic experience. During this time, she also served as a senior lecturer at a dental college and hospital and contributed to national dental education programmes as both a guest speaker and organiser.
An accomplished researcher, Mili has authored several publications in the field of dentistry and has received national and international recognition, including first place at the 1st National Dental Student Workshop on Dental Education, organised by the Dental Council of India
In addition to her clinical and academic work, Mili is passionate about public health awareness and community outreach. She is also a trained Indian classical musician, having completed several examinations in classical vocal and instrumental music, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the field.

Jash qualified as a Dentist in India in 2013. He wanted to further his career, so
he pursued a Master Degree in Conservative Dentistry, Esthetics and
Endodontics, which he completed in 2018.
Jash has been working in the UK since 2019 and strives to help his patients in
improving their oral health. He believes in educating patients regarding oral
hygiene and it gives him immense satisfaction to resolve his patient’s dental
concerns.
He is empathetic towards his patients and endeavours to do
everything he can in order for his patients to achieve their goals with regards
to their oral health.
In his spare time, Jash is passionate about sports and enjoys watching
football and cricket

Working at the Damira allows me to combine my passion for dentistry whilst meeting and engaging with the local community. It is truly rewarding to have the opportunity to help restore a patient’s confidence and make a positive impact to their oral health. I
always strive to do my best for patients and am passionate about predictable and ethical general dentistry. In my spare time I love playing cricket and travelling!
