Meet the team
Dr Neel Tank graduated from Bristol University in 1998 and has a special interest in Fastbraces®️ Orthodontics and Dental Implantology. He completed his implant training at the Oxford Society of Implantology in 2007 and has carried out over 250 implant cases, including complex full-mouth reconstructions.
A Master Provider of Fastbraces®️ Technology, Neel is dedicated to delivering effective orthodontic care. He has held leadership roles within the BDA local sections and South Mercia Branch.

Dr Elenica Orolloga graduated in 2000 from the “Iuliu Hatieganu” Dental University in Transylvania and went on to complete her postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics in 2003.
Dr Orolloga has been proudly serving the local community for over 17 years, providing both NHS and private dental care with compassion, skill, and dedication. Her gentle and friendly approach has earned the trust of generations of patients, many of whom have been with her for years.
Known for her calm and reassuring manner, Dr Orolloga takes special care to make every patient — especially those who feel nervous about dental visits — feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair.
She has a keen interest in orthodontics, aesthetic, and cosmetic dentistry, where her focus is on helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles that enhance both appearance and self-confidence. Over the years, her commitment to patient-centred care has helped transform countless smiles within the community, improving not just oral health but overall wellbeing.

Dr Rikesh Patel qualified from Leeds Dental University in 1995. He has worked within the NHS and Private sector and has sufficient experience in providing all aspects of treatment to both adults and children.
Rikesh has a particular interest is in cosmetic treatment, and is happy to provide information and advice.
Rikesh is trained and licenced to provide Rx Clear aligner orthodontics.

Dr Preetpal Marjara qualified from Bristol Dental School in 2019. Since graduating he has worked in both NHS and private practices in the Berkshire area.
Preet has a calm approach and strives to ensure patients are as comfortable as possible during appointments.
Preet has in interest in cosmetic dentistry and has undertaken further training to provide clear aligner braces to straighten teeth and composite bonding with the Smilefast system to improve appearance.
Outside of work he enjoys travelling and playing squash.

Sarah started her dental career as a Dental Nurse in 2015 before qualifying as a Dental Hygienist from the Eastman Dental Institute in London in 2019.
Since then, she has expanded her skills to include teeth whitening treatments. Known for her caring approach, Sarah enjoys building strong relationships with her patients and is passionate about her role within the dental team.
Outside of work, she loves baking, walking, and spending time with friends and family.
Sarah Nixon

Rajita has over nine years of experience in dentistry, starting her career as a dental nurse in both private and NHS settings. In 2021, she graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, furthering her passion for delivering excellent oral care.
Her career includes valuable experience working within the Ministry of Defence (MOD), broadening her skills and commitment to high-quality patient care. Rajita is now part of the Damira team in Kingsclere, where she enjoys helping patients maintain healthy, confident smiles.
Outside of work, Rajita loves spending time with her family and exploring new places through her passion for travel.
