      Terms & Conditions: This offer is valid for both existing and new patients who attend the Clear Aligner Open Day at Damira Maidenhead Dental Practice for an initial consultation and confirm their course of Clear Aligner treatment within 7 days of their consultation. Eligible patients will receive £500 off treatment, a free consultation (worth £60), free professional teeth whitening (worth £435), free retainers (worth £350), free 3d scan (worth £60), free OPG (worth £65), and a £35 fully refundable booking deposit. A £35 fully refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the initial consultation. This deposit can either be refunded on the day of the consultation or deducted from the cost of treatment should you choose to proceed. If you need to cancel your consultation, the deposit will be refunded provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before the appointment. Any decision to proceed with Clear Aligner treatment after the 7-day offer period will be charged at the full treatment price. Consultations must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. This offer is available to patients aged 18 years and over only. Patients must be deemed dentally fit to proceed with treatment, at the sole discretion of the treating clinician. Any additional treatment required to make a patient suitable for Clear Aligner treatment will be charged separately. For the best treatment outcome, aligners must be worn as instructed by your clinician. Damira Maidenhead Dental Practice reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative treatment. Please note that Damira Maidenhead Dental Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts solely as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician.
