Quincy has over 15 years’ of experience in dentistry. He enjoys working with younger patients, teaching them healthier habits which will stay with them as they transition into their adult years ensuring they have smiles that they can be proud of. He is also very skilled in cosmetic dentistry and is a provider of Invisalign and SmileFast. Outside of dentistry, Quincy is a big football and rugby fan, loves travelling, watching theatre, musicals and scuba diving when he can.

Shehla has a special interest in General Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry, and provides services including aesthetic crown and bridges, smile makeovers, Invisalign, and facial aesthetics. She has been providing care to patients for 19 years and she is highly qualified with three degrees in England and Lahore. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, and practicing Reikhi and mindfulness.

Koushik Navale obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1995 and has been working in the United Kingdom since 2008, where he provides oral health services focused on patient comfort and personalised care.
In addition to providing teeth alignment using the Invisalign clear alignment system, Navale successfully obtained the certificate of Implant Dentistry from VSS Dental Academy in 2015. Furthermore, in 2018, he completed a training program at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, where he trained to provide aesthetic restorative procedures.
Continuing his interest in Implant Dentistry, Navale obtained an MSc in Clinical Implantology from the University of Lancashire in 2024 and is a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Navale is experienced in general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry and is particularly interested in treatments that replace missing teeth with natural-looking, durable, and functional dental implants.
In his leisure time, Navale enjoys travelling, music, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Adrian graduated from the University of Craiova in 2015. He obtained Master of Science (MSc) in Periodontology in 2019. Adrian provides a wide range of clinical procedures to a high standard including the restoration of teeth, root canal treatment, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry and his particular interests lie with the prevention and treatment of gum disease. He is highly motivated to use the most modern techniques in order to help patients achieve and maintain healthy mouths as well as to achieve beautiful healthy smiles. Like his colleagues, Adrian aims to provide pain-free dentistry. He has a kind, gentle and encouraging manner and is fluent in Russian, Moldavian and Romanian languages.

Preeya qualified from Birmingham School of Dentistry in 1995 and has gained extensive general dentistry experience in Glasgow and Surrey before joining Damira Maycroft in 2012. She has a special interest in preventative dentistry, periodontics and particularly enjoys treating children. She has an exceptional kind, caring and professional manner to ensure that her patients to gain the trust of her patients and to make them feel comfortable.
