Macauly joined Damira in January 2021 as a Dental Receptionist, bringing a strong background in customer service. His passion and commitment quickly led him to the role of Deputy Practice Manager, and in April 2023, he was promoted to Practice Manager at Damira Quayside, where he was instrumental in launching the practice. In April 2024, Macauly moved to Damira Havant, where he continued to lead with dedication and focus.

As of August 2025, Macauly serves as the Business Manager for both Damira Havant and Damira Petersfield, overseeing the strategic and operational management of both practices. He is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, supporting his teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service across both locations.

Outside of work, Macauly enjoys taking time away and spending quality moments with his family and dog, always looking for new places to explore and relax

Nicola qualified as a dental surgeon in December 1989 in Bristol and has worked in Petersfield since March 1990. Throughout the last 34 years Nicola has been providing family dental care in Petersfield with an emphasis on prevention. She also undertakes cosmetic restorative work and some adult orthodontic treatment using Invisalign clear aligners. She has also undergone training to help patients (and their partners ) with snoring.

In her free time, Nicola enjoys hiking, learning Spanish and Italian and for the last 10 years has been the treasurer of Petersfield Cricket Club. She is married to Paddy, and they have two grown up children.

Vicki graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2001 and has worked in general dental practice in Newcastle, Oxford and Hampshire. She joined the Petersfield team in autumn 2022. 

Her main interest is the prevention of dental disease and she strives to provide high quality dental care in an environment that caters to all patients, particularly those who are anxious. Building trust and rapport with her patients is the most rewarding aspect of her work. She enjoys the continuity of getting to know her patients and their families;  some patients have been in her care for over 15 years.

Outside of work Vicki sings in the local Rock Choir, is a parent governor at a Petersfield school and has a busy life with her husband and two sons. She is a keen reader of fiction and can usually be found with her nose buried in a book over lunchtime at Damira Petersfield.

Summer is a dedicated dental hygienist at Damira Petersfield, committed to helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. She takes pride in providing gentle, thorough care and ensuring her patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visits.

Passionate about patient education, Summer enjoys empowering individuals to improve their oral hygiene and adopt routines that support long-term dental health. Her friendly and approachable manner helps to create a positive experience for patients of all ages.

Daniel graduated in 2003 from Romania and passed his exams to register as a dentist in the UK in 2005. He had accumulated a wealth of experience working as an SHO and then in general practice in Devon, Kent, Hampshire and Surrey.

Over this time he has completed courses in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and endodontics. Daniel has a special interest in endodontics and has completed a Master’s degree with Simply Endo and the University of Chester.

His belief is that teeth should be preserved for as long as it is possible. He is especially good with anxious adults and children while making every attempt to minimise the inconvenience of dental procedures. Daniel’s spare time is spent with his wife and daughter; he also enjoys DIY, reading and exercising.

Nicky began her career in dentistry immediately after leaving school, qualifying as a Dental Nurse and developing a strong interest in preventative dentistry. She completed her Dental Hygiene training in 2004 in Bristol and has since worked across a range of practices along the South Coast, gaining broad clinical experience.

She is passionate about providing patient-centred care and takes a holistic approach to oral health, focusing on prevention, education, and long-term wellbeing. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys walking, socialising, and spending time with her family.

Dr Magdah qualified as dentist BDS 2005 and finished her Master degree in 2012 from Manchester University in Aesthetics & Restorative Dentistry and Master Degree in Aesthetic Medicine 2025 from Chichester University, West Sussex. She also completed her one year diploma in dental implants from Royal College of Oral Implantology, London.

Magdah since graduating has continued to increase her knowledge and experience, undertaking a comprehensive post graduate in cosmetic and restorative dentistry to be up to date with the recent techniques and digital approach in Dentistry. Her expertise spans in Dental Implant Bridge and Crowns: Natural-looking restorations including lates crowns, Cosmetic Dentistry: Tooth composite bonding, veneers, and whitening teeth with Enlighten and Dental Beauty, Restorative Dentistry: Whitening system of retained roots by post core crowns to save teeth from extraction, Orthodontics: Clear braces Invisalign and Six Months Smile orthodontic treatment.

She is a member of American Dental Association Board, which gave her access to novel treatments and expertise from the United States, having lived and done her orthodontic training in New York 2014.

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, sports and spending time with family.
