Instead of porcelain restorations, we use composite resin applied directly to the teeth and then shaped as required. This allows us to achieve similar results but for a fraction of the cost. While porcelain veneers could last for up to 15 years, composite veneers have a shorter lifespan, typically lasting for only 5 years. Porcelain also offers better visual quality and can look closer to a natural tooth than composite, which tends to have a slightly opaque appearance.
