Daniel graduated in 2003 from Romania and passed his exams to register as a dentist in the UK in 2005. He had accumulated a wealth of experience working as an SHO and then in general practice in Devon, Kent, Hampshire and Surrey.

Over this time he has completed courses in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and endodontics. Daniel has a special interest in endodontics and has completed a Master’s degree with Simply Endo and the University of Chester.

His belief is that teeth should be preserved for as long as it is possible. He is especially good with anxious adults and children while making every attempt to minimise the inconvenience of dental procedures. Daniel’s spare time is spent with his wife and daughter; he also enjoys DIY, reading and exercising.

Dr Zohreh Zare “ZiZi” is a compassionate and skilled dentist who is passionate about providing high-quality, comfortable dental care for patients of all ages. She is committed to creating a calm, welcoming environment and believes in building trusting relationships through gentle care and personalised treatment.

Alongside general dentistry, Dr Zohreh has a particular interest in clear aligner orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and smile enhancement, helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking, and confident smiles.

She has completed advanced training in direct composite bonding under the mentorship of Dr Ed McLaren (UCLA, USA) and has experience in direct and indirect veneers and aesthetic smile design. Dr Zohreh is currently undertaking postgraduate training in orthodontics, further strengthening her expertise in aligner-based orthodontic treatment.

Dr Zohreh is highly committed to continuous professional development and regularly attends courses, lectures, and dental conferences across the UK and internationally, ensuring her patients benefit from modern, evidence-based dental care.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr Zohreh enjoys personal development and reading and is constantly striving to improve both herself and the quality of care and service she provides.

Dr. Florina Roman is a general dentist as well as specialist on orthodontics She has graduated in 2019 in Romania and has pursued further training becoming an orthodontist in 2023, the same year she has begun practicing dentistry in the UK.

With a strong foundation in dentistry and advanced training including Invisalign Go and CBCT Level 1, she combines clinical precision with an eye for aesthetics; her biggest joy is helping in creating confident, natural-looking smiles

She believes dental care should feel as comfortable as it is effective, and is known for her calm, gentle manner and honest, easy-to-understand approach. Florina enjoys building genuine connections with her patients and guiding them through their treatment with care and attention to detail.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her painting, hiking, or discovering new places.

Dr. Dheraima Santarelli is a dentist with more than 19 years of experience in general dentistry, having obtained her dental degree in Venezuela in 2004. After relocating to the United Kingdom with her family, she now works at our practice, where she continues to demonstrate and expand the skills she has acquired throughout her education and professional experience.

Dr. Santarelli graduated with Merit from the Community Dental Health Department at the University of Carabobo (Venezuela) in 2004. She has further training with diplomas in Paediatric Dentistry (2012-2013), Orthodontics for General Dentists (2015), and Minimally Invasive Aesthetic Dentistry, including Invisalign Go (2025). She has also completed Foundation Training in dermal Fillers (2023), reflecting her commitment to advancing her skills in both aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dentistry.

Dedicated to continuous professional development, Dr. Santarelli is passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic dentistry and aesthetic medicine. She plans to pursue additional courses in these areas to further enhance her expertise.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Santarelli is fluent in both Spanish and English. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active, particularly through CrossFit. She has a deep interest in traveling, learning about different cultures, and reading on personal development, which helps her stay inspired and motivated in all aspects of her life.

Carin Thorburn is a compassionate and skilled dentist with a passion for creating positive and comfortable dental experiences for patients of all ages. With over 18 years of experience, Carin has a special interest in working with nervous or anxious patients, helping them feel at ease through gentle care and personalised treatment.

Carin qualified in 2006 From the University of the Western Cape in South-Africa and has been working at the Woolston practice since 2010.

She believes that every patient deserves a healthy smile and takes the time to listen to individual concerns, ensuring a calm and welcoming environment. Her expertise extends to preventive, restorative, adult orthodontics, as well as cosmetic dentistry, all delivered with a focus on patient comfort and well-being. Carin is also trained in Aesthetic medicine such as facial fillers, and Jalupro skin rejuvenating treatments.

In addition to her dedication to clinical excellence, Carin is known for her friendly and approachable demeanour. She takes pride in treating each patient like family, making visits to the dentist a stress-free and even enjoyable experience.

Outside of her professional life, Carin enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, traveling and is a keen stained glass and mosaic artist. She is also a Telephone Friendship volunteer with Age UK.

Failat Agbogidi is a qualified overseas dentist currently practicing as a Dental Therapist while working toward full qualification in the UK. Trained as a Maxillofacial Surgeon overseas, Failat graduated in 2008 from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul in Brazil. With a deep passion for all aspects of dentistry, Failat is especially dedicated to the field of oral surgery. Outside of work, Failat enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

My mission is simple: to treat every patient with the same care, attention, and respect I would give to my own family. I believe that great dentistry is built on trust, compassion, and clear communication. My goal is not only to treat dental problems, but also to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in achieving long-term oral health.

Ahmed approaches dentistry with a simple philosophy: good care starts with clarity, honesty, and
attention to detail. He focuses on providing practical, well-explained treatment so patients feel
informed and in control of their oral health.

After qualifying from the University of Khartoum in 2018, Ahmed has developed broad experience
in general dentistry, managing a wide variety of cases and building a strong foundation in both
routine and more complex care. He is particularly focused on achieving long-term, predictable
results.

Ahmed is committed to continuous growth and professional development, regularly building on his
skills to provide modern, high-quality care that patients can rely on.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports and fitness, switching off with music, as
well as travelling and experiencing different cultures.

Khadija is a compassionate, patient-centred dental hygienist with a strong academic background and international experience. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2019 from Dhaka Dental College, University of Dhaka, and expanded her professional expertise through dental nursing experience in New Zealand before completing a Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2025 in the UK. Passionate about preventive care and oral health education, Khadija combines clinical knowledge with empathy to deliver high-quality, tailored treatments. She is committed to creating a supportive and comfortable environment where patients feel valued, understood, and empowered to take control of their oral health and wellbeing.
