COVID-19 Practice update 28/09/2020

Dear Patient,

I hope you are keeping safe during this time.

Unfortunately, due to NHS restrictions on the treatment we can provide, we are only able to offer limited routine care and emergency appointments in some of our dental practices.

At present you may have seen in the media that the NHS are requiring us to provide care to all patients whether they are based at this practice or not.

This has put strain on the services we are able to provide as it is extremely busy.

We will be booking in routine appointments in from January 2021 but of course we may have to rearrange depending on how the pandemic develops.

If you do wish to be seen before January 2021, we do have private appointments available which are in less demand.

We are prioritising patients in pain. If you develop pain in the interim, please contact us on the day as we have NHS and private emergency appointments available.

Please do not visit the practice for any reason unless you are asked to do so.

If you have an appointment booked or had an appointment cancelled during the lockdown period, you can call to rebook these appointments from January.

Our priority

A safe environment where you can be seen, assessed, and treated without concern for your own safety.

Please be reassured that we have very stringent cross infection procedures, so the risk of contracting COVID-19 is highly unlikely.
