- You’re from a family of armed forces personnel
- You’re seeking asylum or have refugee status
- You’re a new or expectant mother (nursing)
- You’re a resident of a care home
- You’re a patient with learning disabilities
- You’re a homeless patient
- You haven’t seen a dentist in 2 or more years
- Require a dental assessment to support hospital treatment
