Welcome to Damira Dental Studios, Wellum House, where your smile is our passion. We pride ourselves on offering high quality NHS & Private Dentistry to help with your dental wellness. Our friendly, highly qualified and experienced team are here to assist you.
COVID-19 UPDATE:
Unfortunately, due to NHS restrictions on the treatment we can provide, we are only able to offer limited routine care. We are however able to service your needs if there is an emergency or you are in pain. We do however have private slots available which are in less demand should you choose not to wait for NHS availability.
If you develop pain in the interim, please contact us on the day as we have NHS and private emergency appointments available. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

"I recently joined the practice called late on a Wednesday afternoon. Lovely polite Lady on the phone. Who explained the registration process and took all my details. She was happy to answer my Questions about the dentist I am seeing. She even explained about braces when i asked. She took plenty of time and didn't make e feel like I was being rushed. I then had my appointment and the team where lovely the dentist was helpful and the nurse made me feel relaxed.

John has been with Damira Wellum House for the last 30 years and enjoys providing dental care for the children and grandchildren of those patients who joined him at the practice all those years ago. He has a special interest in dental implants and other advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry, John is also a keen cyclist and enjoys travelling.

Tsering started in Damira just over 5 years ago as a Trainee Dental Nurse. She has progressed to become a Treatment Co-ordinator and is now today the Practice Manager at Damira Wellum House.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in practising general dentistry and has a passion for providing dental care in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, Having qualified from the Faculty of Odontology in Gothenburg, Sweden, he has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and has won an award for being skilled in orthodontics. He speaks multiple languages and enjoys spending his free time staying fit through cycling and martial arts.
Irem Topcu

Irem has extensive experience in general dentistry as well as providing dental implants, oral surgery, wisdom teeth removal and restorative dentistry. She is an enthusiastic, friendly dentist who takes her time with anxious patients to make them feel at ease. Irem also enjoys cycling, running, traveling and reading.
Neha Mishra

Neha qualified in India as a dentist and has been with Damira Wellum House since early 2019. She is very interested in minimally invasive dentistry, endodontics, and has a passion for helping patients of all ages take care of their oral health and their diet. Neha believes in building a long-lasting relationship with her patients to provide life-changing treatments and improve their smile.

What to bring with you?
You will be requested by reception to update your medical history form on an annual basis as per the current GDC guidelines. It is useful if you have complex prescriptions, for you to bring these with you to your appointment so they can be copied to your records.

Any patient booking in as an existing patient who has not been seen within the last 24 months will be charged from our private fee list. If you are unsure if you qualify for NHS routine care please contact our reception team. If you are a new patient to the practice you will be charged on a Private basis. All patients who have not been seen at our practice before will be offered urgent care where capacity on the NHS allows us to offer this.
