Under the NHS you are entitled to a scale-and-polish as part of your routine dental examinations if your dentist considers this necessary to maintain the health of your teeth and gums. We offer ultrasonic scaling to all patients.
Benefits
This treatment option combines all of the benefits of a Scale & Polish by using a mixture of air, jet water and fine powder to gently and effectively blast away stubborn stains and any plaque on your teeth, returning them to their natural whiteness.
The treatment works by using a fine jet of compressed air, water and fine powder particles to remove staining caused by coffee, tea, red wine, tobacco and some mouthwashes.
