Invisalign©
Hiding your smile? We can help with that. Straighten your teeth without anyone noticing, with Invisalign – the clear aligner system.
Invisible aligners, visible confidence.
Invisalign treatment is a very gradual process that uses transparent ‘aligners’ that are hand-crafted to fit over your teeth perfectly.
Benefits
- Soft, comfortable and barely visible
- Can be easily removed, so you can eat and drink as normal
- Easy to clean
Many of our patients tell us that after a few days they don’t even notice they are wearing them.
What smile problems can be fixed with Invisalign?
- Crowded and crooked teeth
- Gaps between the teeth
- Overbite — where the upper teeth excessively overlap the lower teeth
- Underbite — where the lower teeth stick out past the front teeth
- Open bite — where the upper and lower teeth are forced outwards, not meeting each other
- Crossbite — where the upper teeth bite on the inside of your the lower teeth
Will Invisalign treatment work with pre-existing conditions?
You can usually use the Invisalign system even if you have pre-existing treatments in place such as crowns or bridges, or if you have a TMJ/TMD condition which affects the movement of the jaw.
However, if your dentist decides upon examining your mouth that Invisalign is unsuitable for any reason, then they will be able to recommend a suitable alternative form of teeth-straightening treatment.

What happens at an Invisalign© consultation?
See the end result before you even start with a consultation to check whether your teeth can be straightened. We use an iTero Element Scanner to create a detailed 3D model of your teeth which can be altered to show what your teeth will look like after a full course of Invisalign.
What is the Invisalign treatment process?
Comfortable, convenient, gradual process that will take several months to achieve a straighter, more even smile.
During the course of your treatment you will be fitted with several aligners that will need to be changed approximately once every two weeks, with each aligner being slightly different from the last.
Your dentist will keep an eye on how your treatment is progressing with regular appointments. At the end of your treatment plan, you will need to wear retainers to prevent your teeth from moving back to a less optimal position.
