To help, we offer custom-made snoring devices known as Mandibular Advancement Devices (MADs). These comfortable devices are designed to improve breathing, reduce snoring, and help you enjoy a healthier, more restful night’s sleep.

How Do They Work?

A Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) gently shifts your lower jaw forward while you sleep.

This small change helps keep your airway open, reducing snoring and sleep apnoea symptoms so you can breathe more easily and rest peacefully.

Each device is custom fitted for comfort and effectiveness, ensuring it suits your unique needs.

Consult with Your GP – To start, we ask that you speak with your GP about whether a MAD would be helpful for you. They can assess your symptoms and provide a referral.
Referral and Appointment – Your GP can then refer you directly to us through our online referral system, making the process quick and easy.
Custom Fitting and Follow-Up – We’ll take impressions of your teeth to create a custom-fitted device that’s comfortable and effective. After fitting the device, we’ll keep your GP informed with a follow-up letter summarising your treatment.
