Before the Open Day: Booking your appointment

In the lead-up to the Open Day, you may see information about the event on our website or social media. Once you register your interest, our team will guide you through the next steps and help you book a suitable appointment time.

Before your visit, you’ll receive helpful information so you know exactly what to expect on the day and can arrive feeling prepared and confident.

Arriving at the practice

On the day of your appointment, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our team. You will also receive a goodie bag as part of the Open Day experience which is subject to availability. Our aim is to make your visit friendly, informative, and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Your Invisalign Assessment

Your appointment will usually begin with an intra-oral scan and photographs of your teeth, carried out by a trained nurse or Treatment Coordinatior. This quick and comfortable scan allows us to assess your smile and show you a preview of potential Invisalign results.

You will then meet with one of our experienced dentists for your Invisalign consultation. During this appointment, we’ll:

• Assess your suitability for Invisalign
• Talk through how the treatment works
• Discuss expected timeline and results
• Answer any questions you may have

After your consultation

Following your consultation, you’ll have time to decide how you’d like to proceed:

• If you are happy to go ahead, we’ll help you with the next steps including bookings, deposit, and consent forms
• If you’d prefer time to think it over, we can schedule a follow-up
• If you decide Invisalign isn’t right for you, we always welcome feedback to help us improve our patient experience

There is absolutely no obligation to proceed on the day.
