We start by placing a small titanium screw in the jaw bone and leaving this to heal. The bone bonds with the screw to create a strong anchor for the next step. We then add a healing abutment which sits above the gum line. Contouring the gum around this allows for a natural looking restoration. Finally, we can permanently attach your dental crown, bridge or full arch. For a full arch restoration, multiple implants are used, and this could be fixed or removable.

All On 4/ Same Day Teeth

If you have been turned down for dental implant treatment in the past due to a lack of jaw bone density, you might be interested to learn about All On 4 treatment. This treatment plan is also sometimes referred to as Same Day Teeth, as this treatment is much quicker than traditional implants. With traditional implants, the implant is short and is placed into the jawbone parallel to the surrounding teeth.

With All On 4, we use 4-6 longer dental implants that are placed at a 45 degree angle. The longer, angled implants allow us to place a load bearing implant on the same day. The Damira staff were all very helpful and friendly. I was examined & had X-rays taken. My options for treatment to my broken tooth were clearly explained & arranged.
