We start by placing a small titanium screw in the jaw bone and leaving this to heal. The bone bonds with the screw to create a strong anchor for the next step. We then add a healing abutment which sits above the gum line. Contouring the gum around this allows for a natural looking restoration. Finally, we can permanently attach your dental crown, bridge or full arch. For a full arch restoration, multiple implants are used, and this could be fixed or removable.
